Mr. William "Bill" Rogers Dover, age 60 of Ellijay, GA passed away on Wednesday July 5th, 2023 at his residence.

Mr. Dover was born on October 5th, 1962 to the late Paul and Leah Ellen (Rogers) Moore. Bill was of the Baptist Faith and was a retiree of the Tech Craft Company.

There are no services planned at this time.

He is survived by his wife, Ronda Dover of Ellijay, GA; sons, Jacob Paul Dover (Amber Leona) of Covington, GA, William Zachary Dover (Katelan) of Ellijay, GA; brothers, Tim Dover of Kennesaw, GA, James Dover (Cindy) of Kennesaw, GA, and I.D. Moore of Hawaii; several nieces and nephews also survive.
