Mr. William "Billy" Tommy Travis Carroll, age 23 of Ellijay, GA passed away on Thursday December 26th, 2024.

Mr. Carroll was born on December 22nd, 2001 in Canton, GA to his father, Tommy Travis Carroll and his mother Shanna Marie Horgan. Billy was a faithful member of the Flat Creek Baptist Church in Ellijay and was an avid fisherman. He is preceded in death by his sister, Deborah Marie Carroll, and his grandparents, Deborah Sue Carroll and Franklin Tommy Carroll.

Billy is survived by his father and mother; Travis and Jessica Carroll; biological mother, Shanna Horgan; siblings, Amy Slater, Laura Simmons, and Hailie Carroll; one niece, Freya Slater; numerous extended family members and friends also survive.

Funeral Services to celebrate the life of Billy will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday January 4th, 2025 from the Logan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Danny Townsend and Rev. Tommy Sanford officiating.

The family will receive friends from 12:00pm until the service hour of 2:00pm on Saturday January 4th, 2025 at the Logan Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to help with funeral expenses at P.O. Box 485 Ellijay, GA 30540 c/o Logan Funeral Home & Chapel in memory of Mr. Carroll.
