Mr. Wesly James Epperson, age 38 of Ellijay, GA passed away on Thursday, September 22nd, 2022.

Wesly was born on May 6th, 1984 in Lumpkin County to his mother, Ermelleana Lambert and his father, Danny Epperson. Wesly was a 2002 graduate of Gilmer High School and worked as a mechanic. He was a loving husband and father.

Memorial Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, September 27th from the Grace Baptist Church with Rev. Luke Logan and Rev. Glenn Arnold officiating.

Inurnment will follow in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Darrell Epperson, Eddie Harper, Charlie Shore, Larry Stokes, and Clinton Waldrip.

Wesly is survived by his wife of 18 years, Danielle Epperson; children, Jase and Emma Epperson; mother, Ermelleana Lambert; stepfathers, Jody Gobble and Travis Davis; father, Danny Epperson; father and mother-in-law, Gary and Evelyn Tankersley; sister and brother in law, Haley and Luke Logan; grandparents, nieces and nephews also survive.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm until the service hour of 3:00 pm at the Grace Baptist Church at 164 Legion Rd. Ellijay, GA 30540.

There will be no visitation held at the funeral home.
