Mrs. Veronica "Ronnie" Nunley (affectionately known as "Busha" to family), age 77 of Ellijay, GA, passed Friday, October 23, 2020. She was born September 23, 1943, to her late parents, Florian and May Dolatowski, in Chicago, IL. Veronica was a member of the Harvest Missionary Church, Ellijay, GA. Veronica graduated from Tuley High School in Chicago, IL. She was self-employed in the automotive industry as a "radiator goddess." She was preceded in death by her husband, John H. Nunley, son, William Nunley, sister, Geraldine Fernschuss, and brother, William Dolatowski. Veronica is survived by her daughters, Kimberly S. Nunley of Ellijay, GA & Jennifer Volpe of Woodruff, SC, and her son, Steven Nunley of Taylorsville, GA; her Grandchildren, Rory & Justin Nunley, Jared, Kendra, Tristan & Darren Nunley, and Veronica C. & Caleb J. Nunley; her sisters, Pamela Ingram, Patricia Mikulski, & Florence Harvestine of Acworth, GA. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
