Thomas "Tom" George Mondok, age 60 of Ellijay, GA passed on Friday, October 9, 2020. He was born May 6, 1960 to his parents George Mondok and Jeanette (Cramer) Moore in Cleveland, OH. Tom was of the Baptist faith and had a Culinary Degree. He is preceded in death by his sister Stacey Shoop. Tom is survived by his wife of 36 years, Ann Coker Mondok, Ellijay, GA, parents George Mondok, Mechanicsville, VA, Jeanette Moore, Webster, TX, brothers, Dan Mondok, Milton, GA, Mark Mondok, Hollywood, CA, niece and nephews Sarah Hoffman, Jason Lenox, and Danny Mondok.
