Mrs. Theresa Irene Aylward, age 75 of Ellijay, GA passed away on Thursday October 9th, 2025 at her residence.

Mrs. Aylward was born on July 24th, 1950 in Columbus, GA to the late Alfred Bradley and Beulah Irene (Haas) Culverhouse. Theresa was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend.

Survivors include her husband, Richard Aylward of the home in Ellijay; daughter, Stephanie Sellers of Hiram, GA; sons, Scott Sellers (Heather) of Woodstock, GA, Orrin Jay Aylward of Japan, Richard Shane Aylward (Corrine) of Long Island, NY; granddaughter, Sophia Faith Sellers; sister, Deborah Medearis (John) of Atlanta, GA.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00pm on Monday October 13th from the Logan Funeral Home Pavilion with Min. Butch Jones officiating.

Private interment will follow at the Georgia National Cemetery.

Flowers are being accepted in memory of Mrs. Aylward.
