Terrie (Sanford) Long, age 63 of Morganton, GA passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2023. Terrie was born on September 30, 1960, in Ellijay, GA to her parents H.M. and Lemma Lou (Mooney) Sanford. Terrie was a member of the Fellowship Primitive Baptist Church for over 45 years. Terrie was a loving Mother, Grandmother, and Sister. Terrie is preceded in death by her husband Bobby Long, Father H.M. Sanford, and grandson Carson Long.

Survivors include children Calvin Long, Morganton, GA, Tayelor Long, Morganton, GA, grandchildren Chloe "Addie" Long, Mother Lemma Mooney Sanford, Ellijay, GA, sister Sherrie Fouts (Chris), Chatsworth, GA, brother M.H. Sanford, Ellijay, GA, nieces and nephews Cassi, Nikki, Kati, M.H., Tristen, Reillie, and Nick, several great nieces and nephews also survive.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 3, 2023, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Logan Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at 3 p.m., at the Fellowship Primitive Baptist Church in Blue Ridge, GA with Elder David Smith, and Elder David Mooney officiating. Tommy Hunter, Smitty Mooney, Shawn Seabolt, Chris Fouts, Issac Reillinger, Ryan Reillinger, and Ricky Daves serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow at the N.R. Mooney Memorial Garden, Ellijay, GA.
