Sharla Lanette McFarland Mrs. Sharla Lanette McFarland, age 49 of Ellijay, GA passed at her home on Thursday afternoon, January 16th, 2020. Mrs. McFarland was born on July 16th, 1970 in Fort Worth, TX to her parents, William "Don" and Karen Lanette (Goodwin) Davenport. She graduated from Coweta H.S. in 1988. Mrs. McFarland attended the Powers Ferry Church of Christ, and the Ellijay Church of Christ. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 Saturday, January 25th, at the Logan Funeral Home & Chapel with Rev. Butch Jones officiating. Visitation will begin at noon until the service time. Mrs. McFarland is survived by her husband John B. McFarland of Ellijay, GA, daughters and son-in-law Ashley Pearson of Chatsworth, Kristen (Steven) Dilbeck of Ellijay, GA, Leanna Pearson of Atlanta, GA, grandchildren, Madalyn Turner, Aspen, Summer, Molly Dilbeck, mother, Karen L. Davenport of Acworth, GA, sister and brother-in-law Jill (Chad) Carter of Acworth, GA, brothers and sisters-in-law, Scott (Jennifer) Davenport of Murfreesboro, TN, and Troy (Molly) Davenport of Florence, AL.
