Sandra Carol Mote, age 83 of Ellijay, GA passed away on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. Carol was born on March 3, 1941 in Hogansville, GA to her late parents Hollis Hillman Harry and Ada Mae Grantham. Carol was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

Carol was a loving mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother. She loved the Lord, loved her family, and loved her church. She was a retired nurse last working in Beverly Manor Nursing Home. In retirement, she enjoyed being a grandmother and especially enjoyed getting to watch her grandchildren grow up and being there for them.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law Janice & Dan Rosser of Ellijay, GA, son Jeffery Mote of Jasper GA, grandchildren Hailey Rosser Sarver & Ryan of Oakwood, GA. and Brooks Rosser & Sabrina of Sacramento, CA, brothers Alan Harry & Donna of Greenville, SC, Gary Harry of Dallas, GA and Marion Harry & Mary Jane of Greenville, SC and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be given to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church either for Gilmer Christian Learning Center of Operation Christmas Child.
