Mrs. Ruth Ann (Weeks) Mason, age 85, of Ellijay, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2026.

Ann was born on March 5, 1941, in Cherry Log, Georgia, to the late Kell and Lola Weeks. She was the youngest of seven children and lived next door to her parents for most of her life.

She is survived by her children, Robin and Bud Kirby, Tammy and Robert Wood, Scott and Lisa Huffman, Raquell and Kenny Wiggins, Dawn Hensley, and Justin and Misty Mason.

Ann was blessed with a large and loving family, including 20 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 15 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her best friend of 50 years, Ruth Hunter.

Ann was a faithful member of Macedonia Church of Christ in Blue Ridge, Georgia. She loved her family dearly and was a wonderful Christian mother whose faith and example will continue to guide her children and the generations who follow. She treasured the time she spent with her children and their families.

Ann also enjoyed exploring thrift stores and yard sales. She had a keen eye for finding beautiful treasures and took great joy in the special items she discovered along the way.

In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her daughter, Rachell Griffith, who passed away in 2012, and her 6 siblings.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday July 11th, 2026 from the Logan Funeral Home Chapel, with Min. Tommy Kyle, Min. Terry Stuart, and Min. Justin Mason officiating. Congregational singing will be by the Macedonia Church of Christ led by Mr. Jerry Hembree.

Interment will follow at the Stanley Creek Church of Christ Cemetery in Blue Ridge, GA with Trent McClure, Brian Kirby, Scott Lewis, Hunter Hardin, Josh Runions, Jon Runions, Kell Weaver, Johnny Chancey, Dwayne Headrick, Zayne Grenier, Justin Mason, Luke Mason, Zach Dasher, and Cole Cochran all serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends on Saturday July 11th from 11:00am until the service hour of 1:00pm at the Logan Funeral Home.

Flowers and food will be graciously accepted in memory of Mrs. Mason.
