Mr. Roy Daniel Richardson, age 51 of Ellijay, GA passed away on Wednesday, May 13th. Mr. Richardson was born August 14th, 1968 in Lynwood, CA., to his parents Alvis & Lorene Richardson. He was a graduate of Mt Vernon Christian Academy and Class of 1986 Police Academy & Fire Service. He was a Fireman for Gwinnett County for 17 years and 8 years with the police dept. Roy was of the Baptist faith and a member of the Lula Masonic Lodge 352. A Celebration of life will take place on Saturday August 8th, 2020 from 12:30pm-4:30pm at LL Farm and Event Center (5586 Ransom Free Rd, Clermont, GA 30527). Survivors include Father & Mother Alvis & Lorene Richardson of Ellijay, GA; Son Roy Daniel Richardson, Jr of Ellijay, GA.; Grand daughter Rylee Sue Richardson of Jasper, GA.; Stepson Paul Castellano of Ellijay, GA; Step Grandson Grant Castellano of Ellijay, GA; Brothers Keith Allen Richardson (Kris) Statham, GA., Matthew Ryan Richardson (Vanessa) Gainesville, GA; Nieces Ansley Richardson, Lilyan Marie Richardson, & Nephew Aaron Allen Richardson.
