Rosetta (Bearden) Rabun, age 82 passed on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, formerly of Ellijay. Rosetta was born on September 10, 1940, in Blue Ridge, GA to her late parents Walter and Beaulah (Aaron) Bearden. Rosetta was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ in Barrow County. Rosetta retired as a custodian at the University of Georgia in Athens, GA. Rosetta is preceded in death by her husband Albert Marvin Rabun, daughter Carol Smith, and son Charles Rabun.

Rosetta is survived by her daughter Lisa and Chad Hammond, Winder, GA, grandchildren Caleb and Alicia Hammond, Winder, GA, Kaitlyn Hammond and Austin Farrington, Toccoa, GA, Baily Hammond, SanDiego, CA, Maggie Hammond, Winder, GA, greatgrandchildren Auslynn Farrington, and Marley Farrington, brother Ralph Bearden, Ellijay, GA.

A funeral service will be held Friday, March 3, 2023, at 1:00 pm at Logan Funeral Home & Chapel with Rev. Bobby Allen officiating. Interment will follow at the Big Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Blue Ridge, GA.
