Mr. Rocky Jessee Cooper, Sr of Ellijay, GA passed on Saturday, June 12, 2021. Rockford was born February 20,1962 in Munich, Germany to his late parents Johnie Douglas and Billye Southerland (Hargrave) Cooper. He enjoyed fishing, being on the ocean, and spending time with his children helping raise their family dogs. Rocky is preceded in death by his finance Tammy Denny. Rocky is survived by his son Rockford J. Cooper, Jr, Hollywood, FL daughter Lauren M. Cooper, Smyrna, GA, brother John Cooper, sister Debbie Johnson, nephews Jeremy Cooper, Ian Cooper, niece Crystal Hopper, and stepchildren Elijah Denny, and Derek Denny.
