Phillip was born May 8, 1972, to his parents Phillip Wayne and Brenda Jean (Langley) Beecham, Sr in Atlanta, GA. Phillip worked in the construction industry and was a Blue Ridge Seventh Day Adventist Church member.

Survivors include Mother Brenda L. Beecham, Ellijay, GA, daughter Shay Lynn Beecham, Ohio, sons Ash J. Beecham, Ohio, Nicholas W. Beecham, Ohio, sister Crystal Beecham Patora, Savannah, GA, brother Eric Ben Beecham, Ellijay GA.
