Patricia "Patsy" Annette (Thompson) Davenport, age 74, of Ellijay, GA passed away at the Retreat in Jasper on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. Patsy was born November 1, 1949, in Ellijay, GA to her late parents Fred Cecil and Cleo (Young) Thompson. Patsy was a member of the Whitestone Baptist Church, Patsy was class of 1967 Gilmer High School, Patsy was a member of the Ellijay Lions Club, and loved her family dearly. Patsy is preceded in death by her husband Monroe Davenport, brother Ronnie Fred Thompson, and brother-in-law Tommy King.

Survivors include her sister Linda King, brother James and Flondell Thompson, sister-in-law Vicki Thompson, Lorene Nelson, Annette Wilson, and several nieces, nephews, friends, and other family.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, March 29, 2024, from 4 pm to 8 pm.

The funeral service will be on Saturday, March 30, 2024, at 2 pm at the Logan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Harold Nelson and Rev. Daniel Reece officiating.

Interment will follow at the Whitestone Baptist Church Cemetery with Bobby Thompson, Heath Thompson, Corey Thompson, Sawyer Thompson, Noah Gibson, Jackson Jones, David Gibson, and Michael Jordon serving as pallbearers.
