Patricia "Patsy" Ann (Liston) Neybert, age 69 of Ellijay, GA. passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2024. Patricia was born January 11, 1955, in Great Bend, KS to her late parents John L Liston and Ruth Eleanor (Vogal) Liston. She was preceded in death by her brother Kevin Liston, of Great Bend, KS. Patricia was a member of The GO Church in Ball Ground, GA.

Survivors include her husband of 45 years Kenneth Neybert, her brothers John C. Liston of New Castle, WY, Matthew P. Liston (Kim) of Larned, KS, sisters Mary Ellen Liston of Reseda, CA, Kathleen (Michael) McGahee of Woodstock, GA, nephew Sean McGahee, nieces Jennifer McGahee, and Anna Wilbanks.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, August 31, 2024, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. The funeral service will be held the same day at 1:00 pm at Logan Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Mario Miller and Rev. Jerry Stewart officiating. Live Music by Jim Haizlep.
