Martha Lollis Roper, age 76 of Ellijay, passed away May 4th, 2025, after a lengthy battle with health issues. She moved to Ellijay 25 years ago to be near her daughter and grandchildren. She spent the last 25 years devoting time to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a fabulous mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Brad Foster of Jasper, grandchildren, and spouses Brandon and Jess Cronan (great-granddaughters-Harmony and Rylee) and Paige and Elijah Cody (great grandson-Maverick), all of Jasper, GA. Son Michael Montgomery and grandson, Dusten Montgomery.

There will be a private celebration of life at a later date.
