Marjorie Nell Tolbert Berry, age 81 of Ellijay, GA passed away Monday, July 31, 2023. Marjorie was born on June 30, 1942, in Marietta, Georgia to her late parents William Thomas and Edith Marvene (Trinsley) Tolbert. Marjorie was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Marjorie is preceded in death by her husband Lesley H. Berry.

Survivors include her daughter Amy and Chris Eskew, Ellijay, GA, sons Kevin Metcalf, Canton, GA, Chris and Mickie Metcalf, Lihue, HI, grandchildren Carah Metcalf, Jonel Jugueta, Drew Metcalf, Ashton and Josiah Motosue, Corey Metcalf, one great-granddaughter Ellie Motosue.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at 2:30 pm at the Logan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dan Rosser officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Joseph McCollum, Billy Cook, Jeff Phillips, Dennis Vinson, James Loudermilk, and Bruce Manning will be serving as honorary pallbearers.
