Mrs. Marian Joyce Henderson, age 98, of Ellijay, passed away on Tuesday, May 12th, 2026.

Mrs. Henderson was born on February 13th, 1928 in Denver, Colorado. She was a proud and devoted member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. She graduated from the Medical College of Georgia and retired from the Veteran's Administration Hospital as an Assistant Chief Nurse. Her loving husband of 68 years, Mr. Allison Robert Henderson precedes her in death.

Survivors include her daughters, Diana Brantley of Kennesaw, Donna Hefner of Acworth, and Bobbi Victor Bailey and husband George of Smyrna; and grandchildren Margaret Wegner, Christina Koudelka, Lori Hefner, and Roland Hefner.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, June 6th, 2026 from the Logan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dan Rosser and Rev. Dr. Kirk Bridgers officiating. Special music will be provided by Karen Buchanan.

Interment will follow in the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
