Ms. Linda Carole Wilson, age 79 of Ellijay, GA passed away on September 20th, 2024, at her home. Linda was born on November 30th, 1944, in Memphis, TN to the late John E. Wilson Jr. and Imogene (Odom) Wilson. Linda was a member of the Holy Family Episcopal Church of Jasper, GA. She lived in Gainesville, FL for many years before retiring to Ellijay, GA. Linda is survived by her spouse, Megan D. Williams of Ellijay, GA, a niece and nephew and a large circle of friends.

Linda worked as a secretary, office manager and had her own business as a medical transcriber for physical therapy. Linda was a very creative artist. She was a painter, made ceramics and most of all a musician. Linda played guitar and piano. She wrote many songs. She wrote and performed an opera about Amelia Earhart.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday October 5th, 2024, from the Logan Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Katherine officiating.
