"Tony" Lewis A. McCutcheon, age 69 of Ellijay, GA went home on Thursday, September 5, 2024. Tony was born on November 24, 1954, in Dalton, GA to his late parents L P and Blanche McCutcheon. He spent most of his life as a North Georgia resident. Tony was an electrical engineer in the automation of machines. Growing up he loved playing the drums; offering his talents to numerous bands and his church. His other pastimes included spending time with friends and family, riding motorcycles, and rebuilding Harleys. Tony was preceded in death by his Sisters Myra Murray, Judy Willis, Margie Cooper, and Brother J P McCutcheon.

Survivors include his daughter Yette (Corey) Ewing, grandchildren Maxwell Ewing and Laney Ewing, sisters Renee McCutchen, Sharon Connally, and Glenda Acosta, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces, and great-great nephews. He was also survived by many close friends, especially Jerry Barnes of Ellijay and Larry Woods of Dalton. We would also like to extend special thanks to Peeple's Cancer Center (Dalton), Amedisys, and hospice of Ellijay.
