Mr. Leonard Barton Higdon was born on February 5, 1952 in Fannin Co. Ga. He passed away on May 19, 2022. During his career he was a law enforcement officer and the Chief Deputy of Fannin County. He later worked as a carpenter. He enjoyed life on his farm and mechanic work specializing in engine building. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sheriff Paul Higdon (Nancy) and wife Martina Kay Higdon. He is survived by his son Kraig Higdon, son Leonard Higdon Jr., and son Levi Higdon (Emily) and one Grandson, Winston Ryker Higdon. All of which he was proud of and loved very much. As per Mr. Higdon's request, in lieu of flowers or cards, please consider a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
