Keith Richard Smiley, age 74 of Jasper, Ga., formerly of Towanda PA., passed away on Thursday, September the 7th 2023. Keith was born December 13, 1948, in Sayre, PA, to his late parents Eugene Smiley and Yvonne Leighton Smiley. Keith was a 1966 graduate of Towanda High School where he won The National Rifle competition. He enlisted in the Army 3 months before graduation and was a combat Medic with The Big Red One in Vietnam. He went to F.I.T. in New York City and worked in the Garment district. He moved to Georgia and started building homes until 2010. Keith is preceded in death by daughter Michelle Smiley

Survivors include wife Ursula Ann Smiley. Children Ryan D. Smiley, and Jessica N. Smiley, Sisters Brenda Smiley Johnson, Marie Smiley Sweeney and Ed Sweeney. Brother Gene Smiley and Cheryl Smiley and many nephews and nieces.

A Memorial Service will be held on November 2nd, 2023, at 11:00 am. at Logan Funeral Home Pavilion with the North Georgia Honor Guard officiating followed by interment at Georgia National Cemetery In Canton, Ga. at 3:00 pm.
