Kathleen Henson Queen, age 85 of Ellijay, passed away peacefully on Sunday Evening, March 23rd, 2025. Kathleen Queen was born October 23, 1939, in Fannin County to her late parents, Mr. Charlie Robert Henson and Mrs. Gladys Ellen Davis. Kathleen was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Mineral Bluff. Kathleen retired from the Fannin County School System, where she worked as a special Education teacher aide and also was secretary of the Fannin County School District Bus garage.

Survivors include: Sons : Mr. John Allen Henry of Blue Ridge. Mr. Grady Hoyle Queen III of Ellijay ( personal Caregiver to his mother for the past 15 years). Mr. James Robert Queen ( Bobby ) and his wife, Dionne Queen of Dawsonville. Daughter: Kathy Renee Queen of Blue Ridge.Grandchildren include: Mr. Joshua Henry, Mr. John Henry Jr., and Jessica Rose Hampton. Emily Queen and Isabella Queen. Tiffany Love and Hannah Love. Great Grand Children include: Jocelyn and Carolina Hampton.
