Mrs. Joan Bynum Hudaski, age 85 of Ellijay, Georgia passed on Thursday morning, June 16, 2016, at Hospice Care Center of Chattanooga. Mrs. Hudaski was born August 30, 1930 in Murray, Kentucky to her late parents John Thomas and Hilda Evans Bynum. She was a member of the Waltham Avenue Baptist Church and retired from South McComb Hospital where she worked in the dietary department. Joan is preceded in death by her husband, Michael Hudaski and daughter Alisa White. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Deborah "Debbie Gail" and Danny O'Connor of Ellijay, GA; Grandchildren, Michael Weimann, Jessica W. Braun, Kevin Hudaski, Darren White, Jacqui White and Santino White; Ten great grandchildren also survive. A graveside service will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, July 23rd, 2016 at the Cadillac Memorial Gardens Chapel located at 494 D-E Summit Hill Clinton Township, Michigan 48044 with Chaplain Elizabeth Swastek officiating. In leiu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Chattanooga Hospice, 4411 Oakwood Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37416 in memory of Mrs. Hudaski.
