Jimmy Edward Dale, age 74 of Ellijay passed on March 8, 2022. Jimmy was born on September 2, 1947, in Ellijay, GA to his late parents Jesse Perry and Nena Belle (Gibson) Dale. Jimmy was of the Baptist faith. Jimmy was also an avid deer hunter. Jimmy is preceded in death by his sisters Betty Ann Southern, and Shirley Dale Bailey. Survivors include siblings and spouses Ronnie & Ernestine Dale, Ellijay, GA, Sammy Dale, Ellijay, GA, Jesse Dale, Ellijay, GA, sisters Earlene and Jerry Millsaps, Ellijay, GA, Connie Dale Nazerian, Ellijay, GA, Hilda and Troy McDaris, Ellijay, GA, several nieces and nephews Angela Dale, Lynn Millsaps Harbour, Amy Bailey, Justin McDaris, Kennon Nazerian, great-nephews Colby Newton and Cooper Hensley, great-nieces Bristal Harbour, great-great niece Audrey Belle Newton. The family will receive friends Sunday, March 13, 2022, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm, Sunday, March 13, 2022, at Logan Funeral Home & Chapel with Rev. franklin Harper and Rev. Tony Withrow officiating. Justin McDaris, Kennon Nazerian, Colby Newton, Cooper Hensley, Randall Thurman, Robbie Harbour, Ermel Southern, and Jerry Millsap will serve as pallbearers.
