Mrs. Jessie Doris Fields, age 92, of Ellijay, passed away on December 30th, 2025.

Mrs. Fields was born in Roopville, Georgia on January 14th, 1933 to the late John Daniel and Eunice Francis Hayes Powers. She is preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Grady Lee Fields and sons David Lee and Gary Lane Fields.

Survivors include daughter and son in law Susan and Rev. Richard Jones of Ellijay; grandchildren Philip Jones, Sharon Letka, Nathan Jones, and Ryan Jones; great grandchildren Hannah Jones, Chloe Jones, Stephanie Jones, Alyssa Latka, Eli Latka, Ava Latka, Isabella Latka, Jude King, Jackson King, and Brielle King.

No services are being planned at this time.
