Jeremy Lee Barnes, age 42 of Ellijay, GA passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2023. Jeremy was born July 14, 1980, in Dalton, GA to his parents Jerry Lee and Diane (Dupree) Barnes. Jeremy graduated in 1998 from Gilmer High School. Jeremy worked for Dish TV as an Installer.

Survivors include parents Jerry and Diane Barnes, Ellijay, GA, sister Jessica Barnes, Ellijay, GA, brother Thurston Daniel and Misty Barnes, Jasper, GA, nieces and nephews Miles Brown, Huxley Brown, Carter Barnes, Kepler Brown, Spencer Barnes, Ryker Barnes, and Myla Hayden.

The family will receive friends Saturday, July 1, 2023, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held Saturday, July 1, 2023, at 2:00 pm at the Logan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tim Davenport and speaker Jesse Hensley officiating.
