Mr. James William Harbin, Jr., age 91 of Franklin, GA, passed Wednesday, October 14, 2020. He was born November 13, 1928 to his late parents James William and Mattie Lee (Cook) Harbin, Sr in East Point, GA. He was a member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. He was as an Electronic Technician in office Systems. He is preceded in death by his wife Betty Ann (Carr) Harbin, and son James Anthony (Tony) Harbin. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at 2:00 pm At Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Caleb Bridwell and Rev. Ruben Smith officiating. The family will receive friends at the Logan Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. James is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Linda A. and Michael Bradford, Franklin, GA, son William T. (Tim) Harbin, Cumming, GA, daughter-in-law Joan P. Harbin, sister-in-law Margaret (Margie) Grant, Ellijay, GA, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
