Jacob Eugene Pratt, age 42 of Ellijay, Georgia formerly of Naples, FL passed on Friday, June 12, 2015. He was born April 18, 1973, in Hammond, IN to his parents Philip Eugene and Dorothy Mae Miller Pratt. He was a graduate of Lely High School in Naples, FL and was employed by North GA Boat Lift. He was a golf pro and salesman. Funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, June 14th, 2015 at Logan Funeral Home Chapel with Father Carlos Vargas officiating. Survivors include mother and father Dorothy and Phil Pratt of the home in Ellijay, Georgia; brother and sister-in-law Jason and Casey Pratt of Naples, FL; nephews Nicholas and Douglas Pratt; and several cousins. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Sunday, June 14, 2015, at Logan Funeral Home.
