George Joseph Brincku, age 89 of Ellijay, Ga, passed away Sunday, April 27, 2025. George was born on April 27, 1936, in New York City, NY, to his late parents Rudolph Brincku and Anna Stocek. George honorably served in the US Army and worked as a carpenter until he retired. He crafted remarkable structures with his hands and wood, while also fostering meaningful relationships with everyone he encountered, thanks to his kind and warm personality. A devoted servant of the Lord, Jesus Christ, George consistently prioritized others over himself, embodying the qualities of an extraordinary man of God.

Survivors include his wife Judy Brincku, Daughters, and son-in-laws Dianna and Bill Byington, Linda and Steve Phelps, Angela Brincku and Vanina Cobeaga, Sons and daughter-in-laws George and Brenda Brincku, and Joe and Deanne Brincku, 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and sister Mary Costa.

The funeral service will be held Monday, May 5th, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the Logan Funeral Home Pavilion, with the North Georgia Honor Guard officiating. Interment will follow at 2:30 p.m. at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Ga.
