Geneva Langley Hyatt, age 95, passed August 2, 2020 at her home in Marietta, Georgia. She was born December 16, 1924 in Ellijay, Georgia, to her late parents Avery Langley and Pluma Tankersley Langley. She loved cooking and always had the best pound cakes. Gardening was a passion for Geneva and she greatly enjoyed Sundays spent with family and friends. Family was the most important thing to her. Those were her most precious memories. She is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years Glen Hyatt. A private Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held Sunday October 4, 2020 at 1:00pm at Hyatt Cemetery. She is survived by her children Harrold, Don, Phyllis Hyatt Tatum, and her son-in-law Greg Tatum, brothers Hubert Langley, Jack Langley and Ray Langley.
