Freddie W. McCook, Jr., better known as Skip, passed away on February 28th, 2025.

Skip was born on February 12th, 1966 in Atlanta, GA. He worked for many years as an automotive paint and body technician and later owned and operated Pleasant Valley Appraisal Services with his wife Michelle and always enjoyed tinkering with antique automobiles as a hobby. He is preceded in death by his grandson, Beckham Queen and his father, Freddie W. McCook, Sr.

He is survived by his wife, Michelle Wall McCook of the home in Talking Rock, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Ashleigh and Tim Queen of Ellijay, GA and Leigh Anna and Alex Rogers of Colorado Springs, CO; grandchildren, Greyson Queen and Leland Queen; mother, Cheryl Jenkins McCook of Talking Rock, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Jeff and Cindy McCook of Talking Rock, GA also survive.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
