Ms. Eva Jeanette Parks, age 70 of the New Hope Community Ellijay, Georgia passed on Sunday April 11th, 2010 at the Gilmer Nursing Home. Mrs. Parks was born on March 31st, 1940 to her late parents Clifford Sullivan and Thelma Mae Gibson Parks in Ellijay, Georgia. Funeral Services will be at 2:00pm on Tuesday April 13th, 2010 from the Logan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Franklin Harper and Rev. Roy Scott officiating. Music and singing will be by the Flat Branch Baptist Church Choir and Mrs. Martha Harper. Interment will follow in the Flat Branch Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Parks is survived by her Aunts, Bessie Gibson Cagle of Ellijay, GA and Stella Parks of Dalton, Georgia; Uncle, Ed Gibson of Ellijay, GA; Several Cousins also survive. The Family is receiving friends beginning at 4:00pm on Monday April 12th, 2010 at the Logan Funeral Home.
