Eva Jane (MacKenzie) Gesner, age 97 of Ellijay, GA passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2023.  Eva was born November 5, 1925, in Roxbury, NY to her late parents Leroy "MAC" and Lucy Vivian (Shatraw) MacKenzie. Eva is preceded in death by her husband Kenneth William Gesner, son Kenneth Elmore Gesner Jr. as well as brothers Raymond, Roy and Francis MacKenzie.

Survivors include daughter Nancy and son in-law Joseph Bellacosa, Ellijay, GA, grandchildren Melissa Story, and Stephanie Gesner, great-grandson Grayson Story, all of Marietta GA and brother Robert MacKenzie of Myrtle Beach, SC.
