Eugene "Gene" Samuel Levine, age 73 of Ellijay, GA passed away Thursday, August 31, 2023. Gene was born in Daytona Beach, Florida to his late parents Samuel and Theresa Levine. Gene was a member of the American Legion in Ellijay, GA., was a retired Firefighter of 28 years from Palm County Fire & Rescue, and served honorably for his country in the United States Navy.

Survivors include wife Kathy Levine of Ellijay, GA., sisters-in-law and brother-in-laws Rosemary and Michael Shaver of Canton, GA., Karroll "Ky" and Randy Annunziata of Ellijay, GA. and several other family members also survive.

There will be a memorial service on September 22, 2023, at 11 a.m. at Logan Funeral Home Pavilion and the interment will follow at Georgia National Cemetery In Canton, GA. at 1:30 p.m. North Georgia Honor Guard will be officiating.
