Edward Stover, age 80, of Ellijay, Georgia passed away on June 7th, 2023 with his family by his side. He was born June 20th, 1942 in Marietta, Georgia to Arvil Woodrow Stover and Cora Inez Hughes Stover.

Edward was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother and will be forever missed.

He is survived by his wife, Faye Shavers Stover; daughters, Sharon Leigh Stover Barrett and Carolyn Elizabeth Stover; granddaughter, Kelli Megan Zimmerman Collins; great granddaughter, Charlotte Grace Collins; brothers, Edison Stover and Samuel Stover; sisters, Wanda Stover McArthur, Ally Stover Fitzgibbons, and Joy Stover Hoff; sister in law, Evelyn Shavers Reddick and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at 2pm on Sunday, June 18th, 2023 in the Logan Funeral Home Chapel with family and friends officiating.
