Clay Jackson Holloway, age 83 of Bowdon, GA passed on Tuesday, September 14, 2021. He was born April 22, 1938 in Ellijay, GA to his late parents Robert Jack and Bessie Asalee (Allen) Holloway. Clay was a member of the Bowdon Church of Christ. Clay worked for Atlanta Motor Lines for 39 years. Clay is preceded in death by his wife Ida Mae (Rogers) Holloway. Survivors include sons Gregory Scott and Janet Ginn Holloway, Hokes Bluff, AL, Gary Lee and Debbie Holloway, Senoia, GA, Christopher Clay and Lea Holloway, Lithia Springs, GA, grandchildren Adam Holloway, Kristi Mae Holloway, Jeremiah Holloway, Abigail Holloway, Avery Holloway, Kris Chandler, Jody Stephens, sister Eunice Holloway Puckett, Cherrylog, GA, brother Quinton Holloway, Ellijay, GA. Great Grandchildren Avianna Emmet, Braylon Emmet, Collins Emmet, Mia Lea Emmet, Clayton Holloway and Britney Thomas. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 16, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Funeral service will be held Friday, September 17, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Logan Funeral Home Chapel with Min. David Mullins and Min. Butch Jones officiating.
