Mr. Charles Mack Woody, age 70, of Ellijay, passed away on Friday, January 23rd, 2026.

Charles was born on July 28th, 1955 in Ellijay to the late Hugh Mack and Winnie Lee Dunn Woody. He is preceded in death by sister Maureen Woody Grant and brother Howard Woody.

Survivors include sons Ryan Woody of Ellijay and Tim Wilson of Ellijay; grandchildren Alecia Wilson, Destiny Wilson, and Jetson Woody; sister Lee Sales Westbrook and husband Jesse of Ellijay; and companion Teresa Duggan of Ellijay.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, January 30th, 2026 from the Logan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Glen Arnold and Rev. Shane Duggan officiating.

Interment will follow in the New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers; Phillip Dotson, Greg Martin, Josh Mooney, Wayne Scott, Shane Duggan, and James DeFoor.

The family will receive friends from 12:00pm until the service hour of 2:00pm on Friday, January 30th, 2026 at the Logan Funeral Home.
