Charlene Casandra Babcock, age 48 of Ellijay, GA passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2022. Charlene was born July 4, 1974, in Concord, NC to her late parents Ivy Douglas and Linda Fay (Cox) Jarman. Charlene was a member of the Grace Baptist Church of Ellijay. Charlene was a former employee of Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL.

Survivors include brother Luther Benjamin Jarman, Ellijay, GA, sister Rebecca Denise Jarman, Utica, NY, stepdad Robert M. Gowan, Ellijay, GA, stepbrothers Ray D. Jarman, Lakeland, FL, Denny Gilbert Jarman, Auburn, NY.
