Mr. Cecil Alvin Bouler age 81 of Ellijay, GA., passed on Friday, September 13th, 2013 from the Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, GA. Mr. Bouler was born November 20th, 1931 to his late parents Joseph Alonzo and Sybil Ruth Porten Bouler in Putnam, Alabama. He graduated Maringo County High School in 1948. Mr. Bouler served his country honorably and retired from the U.S. Air Force. He is survived by wife of 32 years, Betty Jane Wade Bouler of the home in Ellijay, GA.; daughters Carol Bouler Gandy of Livingston, AL., Edith Bouler Sigler of Livingston, AL, Lynn Bouler Smith of Sunrise, FL.; son Alvin Bouler of Cuba, AL.
