Mr. Calvin Lee Rolan, age 79 of Ellijay, GA passed away on Monday June 26th, 2023, at his residence.

Mr. Rolan was born on August 27th, 1943, in Rome, GA to the late Ernest Lee and Flossie Mae Rolan. Calvin was a member of the Cartecay Baptist Church, was a Gideon, and was a 1968 graduate of the University of Georgia. Calvin served his country honorably in the US Air Force National Guard, and he retired from Edward Jones as a financial advisor. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Kim Molina.

Calvin is survived by his wife of 41 years; Marcelle Rolan; children, Travis Lee Rolan (Lynette), Brian Wesley Rolan, Anya Leah Rodeck (Mark), Meshall Hayes, and Dema Lee Rolan; grandchildren, Thomas Thacker (Vanessa), Nichole Ausburn; Siblings; Randy Rolan (Dale), Terry Rolan (Jane); sister-in-law, Linda Davis; several great-grandchildren also survive.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 8, 2023, from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm at Cartecay Baptist Church.  A Memorial Service will be held at 3 pm, Saturday, July 8, 2023, at the Cartecay Baptist Church with Rev. Chad Hall, Rev. Gerald Clark, and Rev. Jerry Stover officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Gideon's in memory of Calvin.
