Betty Sue (Brownlee) Hall, age 80 of Ellijay, GA passed on Wednesday, February 2, 2022. Betty was born in Ellijay, GA to her late parents Clyde and Opal Marie (Logan) Brownlee. Betty was a member of the Ellijay Church of Christ. Betty retired after over 35 years of working for Blue Ridge Carpet. Betty loved cooking and spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her brother Charles Brownlee. Survivors include her husband of 65 years Thomas "Tom" Jerald Hall, Ellijay, GA, daughter Cynthia T. Hall Chastain, Ellijay, GA, Becky and Billy Crump. Ellijay, GA, grandchildren Thomas Eli Chastain, Olivia and Matthew Johnson, great grandchild Boone Thomas Johnson, sister Mary Lou Hipp, Ellijay, GA. Family will receive friends Saturday, February 5, 2022, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the funeral home. Funeral service will be held Sunday, February 6, 2022, at 2:00 pm at the Logan Funeral Home Chapel with Min. Butch Jones officiating. A graveside service will follow at the Logan Funeral Home Pavilion and interment will be at the Ellijay City Cemetery. Doug Hall, Donald Hall, Alan Hall, Jay Hall, Tim Hall, John Hall III, Danny Hall, and Marvin Chance will serve as pallbearers. Flowers are being accepted.
