Ms. Audrey Jane Tarr age 90, of Ellijay, GA passed away on Wednesday April 22, 2020 at her residence. Audrey was born on December 14, 1929 to her late parents Edward & Doris Whisson, in Chicago, IL. She was a member of the Ellijay First United Methodist Church. She was a devoted Sunday School Teacher and enjoyed doing volunteer ministry sewing dolls for disabled children. Mrs. Tarr is preceded in death by her husband of 67 years Earl Tarr, sister, Dorothy Whisson Ender and brother Thomas Whisson. A private family visitation and service will be announced at a later date. Ms. Audrey is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Rev, Allan and Rachel Tarr of Ellijay, GA, grandchildren, Terry Allan Tarr, April Tarr Noa, Cami Tarr Reynolds, great grandchildren, Elliott Bay Reynolds, Samuel Walker Reynolds, Emery Anne Noa, Jackson Oliver Noa.
