Arnita Rose Masenthin, age 88 of Atlanta, GA formerly of Ellijay passed on Sunday, January 30, 2022. Arnita was born August 7, 1933, in Simla, CO to her late parents Jay and Lura (Bennett) Boyer. Arnita was a member of the Hope Lutheran Church of Ellijay. Arnita is preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Dwayne Masenthin, son, Kenneth Masenthin, and sisters, Donna Murray and Arletta Fredrickson. Survivors include two sons, Gregg and Shellie Masenthin, Prairie Village, KS, Brian and Julie Masenthin, Atlanta, GA, nine grandchildren, Greg, Chelsie, Carly, Matthew, Haley, Bryson, Austin, Carson, and Preston Masenthin, five great-grandchildren, sister Dorla Bowers, Sarasota, FL and sister-in-law Jan Masenthin, Topeka, KS. Family will receive friends Saturday, February 5, 2022, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Funeral service will be held Saturday, February 5, 2022, at 1:00 pm at the Logan Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor David Smedley officiating. Interment will follow at the Mt.
