Mrs. Anita Lea Sisson, age 71 of Ellijay, GA passed away on Sunday December 4th, 2022 at Northside Cherokee Hospital.

Mrs. Sisson was born on January 28th, 1951 in Four Oaks, North Carolina. Anita loved to cook and bake cakes. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her daughters, Tammy Michelle Horton and LaRonda Lynn Carthridge.

Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Danny Art Sisson; children, John Irwin Horton (Paula), Anna Marie Barbour; 16 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren also survive.
