Edward Scott Decker Age 65, of Big Creek Community, Ellijay, Georgia, passed Tuesday, February 28th, 2012. Mr. Decker was born on August 15, 1946, to his late parents, Stanley Alan and Carmetta May Clive Decker, Sr., in Easton, Northampton County, Pennsylvania. Eddie was an avid outdoorsman and fisherman. He was employed as a resturant, kitchen manager for the County Cork Pub in the Buckhead Community in Atlanta, Ga., and was the former manager of the restaurant Provino's in Ellijay, Georgia. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law; Cynthia and Robert Glasscock of Richmond Hill, Georgia; and son Richard Scott Decker of DeBary, Florida; grandchildren Joshua, Caitlin, and Zachary Glasscock; sister and brother-in-law Janetta and Lewis McCoy of Ellijay, Georgia; brother William " Bill" Decker of Phillipsburg, New Jersey; niece Karletta McCoy of Ellijay, Georgia; and nephew Letson McCoy of Macon, Georgia. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday morning, March 5th, from the Logan Funeral Home Chapel, with Father Randy Mattox offciating. A private burial will take place at sea, at a later date.
